Hi everyone!,

This is my first post and actually first day logging on to Anytime Health. I signed up for a membership at my local Anytime Fitness last night and I am so excited to get started working out this afternoon. I've had a lot of milestones over the past eight months; graduating from college, moving to a new state, starting a new job...and exercise has been pushed to the back burner. As a result of that, I've gained about 20 pounds and slowly forgotten what "healthy eating" is! I am getting married in October of this year and I want to get in the best shape I can before then. Not only to look good, but to feel good! I'm hoping that notifying others of my progress will help hold me accountable for my workouts and eating habits. Best of luck to everyone on your fitness journeys! Happy

Well it sounds like you've had many successes already and you need to add another notch to that success belt! Good for you for making the best decision (besides marriage) of your life and joining the gym. I'm looking forward to reading about your journey, both failures (which might happen) and reaching new goals. On this site we all stay in touch and support each other when needed. Good luck to you as well!

Congratulations with everything. I am also a bride-to-be. I graduated college 1 year ago and have had alot going on. I too just gained 20 lbs over the holidays and I joined the gym a few months ago but just started going. My wedding is in May of this year and I'm trying to be fit and healthy for my wedding. I look forward to your updates on your accomplishments throughout this year. Good luck with everything and again congratulations!!!!
